At eBody, customer service is important! We want you to feel loved by us, and to know that if you have any problems you can get in touch.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch all orders received Monday to Friday before 2:00pm. Orders placed that are not dispatched on the same working day, will be dispatched on the next working day.

We offer FREE delivery on UK orders over £30. Free Delivery orders are delivered via Royal Mail and should arrive within 3 – 5 working days, but please allow 7 days before reporting any issues with your delivery.

Additionally we offer a fully tracked next service by DPD. These orders are dispatched at 2:00pm (Monday – Friday) each day with a target delivery time of 24 to 48 hours after being dispatched. If you provide your mobile number when ordering you will be sent status updates via text message. Please be aware that these delivery targets can be subject to change due extreme weather or public holidays.

Non-UK orders are dispatched using Royal Mails International Signed For service and costs can be calculated at the shopping cart process.


RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

When buying online from us we want to be sure your 100% happy with your purchase, so that’s why we offer a 14 day money back guarantee on any products you buy from us, all supplements must be in the original packaging with seals intact (if you open any supplements we can not unfortunately take them back) for any equipment purchased it must be in immaculate condition and in its original packaging.

We will not accept any responsibility for any goods we have not signed to say we have received so please ensure you send your returns back to us by registered post, any goods to be returned must be in an unopened state with seals intact to receive a refund. You will need to pay your own postage for returning items back to us.
Before you return anything please email info@ebody.co.uk with your original order number, which is found on your invoice and a brief description on the reason for return. Our return address is as follows:

100% secure on-line ordering, all your details are passed through a third party secure payment gateway so we never see your credit card details. All your payment details are encrypted.
We can ship to almost any address in the world with in reason. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to International destinations. The customer agrees that it is their own responsibility to check with the relevant authorities within their country/territory prior to making a purchase. The customer agrees that importing goods into their country/territory is at their own risk. eBody Ltd will not be held responsible for goods being withheld by a legal authority upon importation.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery for you based on the availability of your items.


PAYMENT, PRICING & PROMOTIONS

All prices presented throughout our online store are in £ Pounds Sterling. All orders will include all applicable taxes at checkout..
Occasionally, eBody Ltd. offers special promotions which can be redeemed using a coupon code. This coupon code is usually given to you, the customer, via email if you are registered to receive eBody Newsletters. If you have a coupon code from eBody Ltd, please enter the coupon code towards the bottom of the checkout page in the Coupon Code Field.


VIEWING ORDERS

It’s easy to check the status of your order! Just visit us online and go to My Account and sign in with your eBody ID and password to get a summary of any orders placed online. You’ll see your order number, the date the order was placed, the status of the order, order total, the shipping method, and package tracking information for items that have shipped.
Commonly used order statuses include:
Pending – We’ve received your order. If it showing a pending status you may still have the ability to change or cancel the order.
Processing – Your items have already been prepared for shipment and cannot be changed by our customer service department. We’ll send you an email when your item(s) have shipped.
Completed – We’ve shipped your order using the shipping method you selected. You can track your shipment from online My Orders.
If you are unable to cancel item(s) online and need to make a return, please review the Returns & Refunds section of online Help.

*To expedite this request please include your Purchase Order Number, Customer Number, Name, and/or Billing address.


UPDATING ACCOUNT INFORMATION

To update your account information online, you must be a registered user. Go to my Account to login and update your information. If you log in with your Id and password, your address information will be pre-filled, and there will be a select drop-down with additional addresses (if any) from which you can quickly fill out your address information from. If you wish to use a new address, you can simply update the required fields.

If you logged in as a guest, you will need to fill out your email and address information as usual. However, at the end of the checkout process, there will be an option to create a customer account. You can enter a password and an account, based on your email address provided during the checkout, will be created. An email will be generated and sent when a you create a new account.
