Banana Protein Ice Cream

The magic to this secret healthy ice cream are frozen bananas.  So, you’ll need to prepare in advance (the night before), simply slice up 4 large bananas along with a handful of raspberries and forget about them until the next day.



Serves 5

  • 4 banana
  •  1 cup Raspberries
  •  3/4 cup Organic Light Coconut Milk
  •  3 scoops Vanilla Whey Protein (Recommend Optimum Nutrition Gold)
  •  1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
  •  2 pinch sea salt
  •  1/2 Orange



1) The nigh before, slice up the bananas and freeze along with the raspberries.
2) Take the frozen fruit out of the freezer and put into your blender. 
3) Blend the  frozen bananas and raspberries in the blender until you get a shaggy texture.
4) Next, add the vanilla protein powder with 1/2 cup (not all of it yet) of coconut milk, blend until smooth.
5) Then, add the remaining 1/4 coconut milk, vanilla extract and sea salt.
6) Finally, add in 1 tablespoon of fresh orange juice into the ice cream and blend until very smooth.
